  Just dropping you guys a note to say thank you!  We had a great time. Its our first time to surfside beach and I must say we were very impressed all around. The beach was clean ( except for the inconsiderate people leaving their trash when they left, no respect for natures beauty), our house was clean, cute, and a PERFECT location.  The people in your office are friendly, polite, and very helpful. I took some really great pictures of families enjoying the beach and it's many activities that I think you will be interested to see so I'll send a few to you.  We certainly will be returning.   My family rented El Patron for the holidays and we were so disgusted with the house that we rented that we left after 2 full days. The beds are full of urine stains, the furniture is falling apart (covered and has plywood supporting the sofa), there was mold in all of the bathrooms (one had a missing soap holder and there is nothing but a blank hole with mold), missing doors on closets, water that is yellow and. Or safe to drink, the stove had only one burner working, and the refrigerator kept breaking. I would not recommend anyone staying at this beach house. I am surprised that the owner of El Patron, would allow this home to be rented in this condition.
